    The Gunboat 80 #2 is a sailing catamaran combining performance, comfort and lightweight design. Hydraunautic contributed to the project through its Hydrau 360 range, designing a bespoke hydraulic architecture tailored to the yacht’s specific requirements.

    For this project, Hydraunautic was responsible for the design and manufacturing of the complete hydraulic system, from the overall architecture to the main components, including an aluminium tank, pumps and manifolds.

    The hydraulic architecture was developed with particular attention to system integration, weight reduction and overall installation optimisation.

    Hydrau 360: hydraulics and automation

    The project also includes the complete electrical architecture and control system, including the development of the PLC and HMI.

    This integrated approach enables the design of a lightweight, high-performance and optimised installation, combining hydraulics, electrical systems and automation within a single architecture.

    The Gunboat 80 #2 showcases Hydraunautic’s expertise in designing bespoke, fully integrated hydraulic systems for yachts.

    • A thermocoated tank, ensuring enhanced durability and corrosion resistance
    • Anodized distribution manifolds, for optimal performance and longevity
    • A fully stainless-steel rigid piping, replacing flexible hoses for increased reliability and a cleaner installation

    Every detail has been carefully considered to deliver both performance and long-term robustness.

    The unit is equipped with two 48VDC electric motors, providing the power required for demanding applications while maintaining efficiency and compactness.
